  • Hormone imbalance

  • STRESS

it’s very true that excess stress can literally make your hair fall out. it can raise androgen (male hormone) levels, which in turn can cause hair loss. Also, stress may also trigger scalp problems, such as dandruff, disrupt eating habits and mess with the digestive system – all of which can have a negative impact on hair.

  • IRON DEFICIENCY

Iron is essential for producing hair cell protein, that’s why iron deficiency is one of the common problems which leads to hair loss.

  • thyroid-related hair loss

Hair loss can develop slowly with hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism. You might not notice balding areas, but you may notice that your hair may seem thinner all over.

We lose between 50 and 100 hairs from our head each day. If normal hair growth is interrupted, hairs aren’t being replaced, and a uniform hair loss may occur.

The good news is that hair loss caused by thyroid conditions is typically temporary. You may experience hair loss even after starting drugs to help with your condition.

  • Vitamin B12 deficiency

Vitamin B12 deficiency often causes hair loss as it can affect the health of red blood cells, which carry oxygen to your tissues, it’s most common in vegans as you can primarily only obtain B12 through animal proteins.

  • Sudden weight loss

When you lose a lot of weight in a short period of time, your body automatically goes into a kind of survival mode, where it predicts total starvation might not be too far behind. Whether you’ve been eating less or exercising more, fast weight loss can convince your body to stop allocating its resources to fewer essential tasks – like keeping your hair on your head. Instead, the energy and the vitamins are redirected, going towards preserving muscle and keeping you active.
